Large Oil Company Corrosion

Description

This client’s vessel was suffering corrosion on their nozzles and flanges faces. Corrosion was causing leakage of the product. Contracting & Materials, Inc. was able to solve their problem by flange face forming with Belzona and formers. Using machined formers we applied Belzona to the faces and molded new flanges faces and manways which are now corrosion resistant. This process saved the client tremendous down time and 110 flanges were repaired in 48 hours.
