Fossil Steam Plant Butterfly Valves

Butterfly valves in the condenser water system have a number of issues: corrosion and leaks past the valve seat. In either case Contracting & Materials, Inc. can solve these issues. Removing these valves is very costly and time consuming. Using Belzona elastomers, we can repair and seal the valve from future leaks. By applying a release agent to the flapper and applying elastomers to the valve seat, a new seal can be molded in place and without machining.
