2 Million Gallon Water Tank

Description

The leader in space technology had a problem with a holding pond for their facility water at the Redstone Arsenal. Previously a liner was installed to prevent water loss but over time it dislodged from the wall and became a maintenance problem.

Contracting & Materials, Inc. removed the old liner and repaired the spalled concrete. A Polyurea coating was sprayed as the new liner. This new liner bridged cracks and expansion joints and allows for future movement of the concrete. With superior adhesion to the concrete, this client chose a UV resistant and flexible solution for years to come.
